New addition to my collection
I just purchased Easley's 1975 REPU. I have to say it was just as advertised. I bought it for the engine. I need one for my 1977. I got lucky because it runs great. I drove it back home (180 miles) with no problems. It has the old style original engine (script style MAZDA). Now all I need is a good 79 or 80 5 speed. My plans are to drive the 1977 for a couple of years until I can get a polebarn built.

One note of interest. I was given a box of parts. Amoung these I now have brand new, never installed, lower battery box cover and handle and ignition switch with keys. These have the original part stickers also. I have several other brackets with parts numbers but do not have a parts book to determine what they are. Does anyone have a scanned version of the parts manaual I can get?

What I have...
...is a body-shop-type list of REPU parts... NOT the Mazda factory 'Parts Manual'... However, Craig happens to be auctioning his right now on Ebay... but, it's for '74.
Are you at all interested in parting with either of those parts?

My wife says to keep them but I would sell them if the price is right. I don't want to quote a price and offend anyone.

You're a lucky man!
You've married a wise woman; I'd keep 'em, too! But, I also know of a specific REPU that lacks the battery box lid/handle...
