Wow!

Congrats on purchasing the cleanest best restored REPU I've ever seen. I was fortunate enough to drive his truck to lunch last year when buying his old tailgate. It drove real good and boy is that a great truck. Very Satisfied.

Thanks.......

.....it does drive nice. I flew up to Sacramento and drove it back to San Diego. I got lots of thumbs up from people. Now I just need to sell the 75'.

Congrats to you both!

Buy the best and you'll never regret it is what they say. I'm very jealous but relieved to know that you're happy with your purchase and Craig finally found someone who recognised quality when they were looking at it.

That's a nice truck. Good thing you bought it: I was going to buy it in a month or two when I get out from under some of my projects.

Damn...

I was wondering how long it could possibly last, and/or how low it'd end up going for... Been so busy/distracted, I haven't been keeping up on ebay, or anything...
Congrat's, most definitely!!!
Hope it was a great deal for both of you. (Dare I ask how much of a 'steal' it ended up being?)
Understand fully, I considered it a steal at any price below 10K ...!

Now I envy you, Max! Keep her away from that deadly salt air, and those professional theives, as well!!! Sure hope you can successfully insure as a collector rarity in excess of two or three times what you paid. I'd look at collector/classic/antique coverage, with everything that goes with...

PS-- You still got those parts we talkied about, Craig, or did they go with the truck?
