MazdaSport Magazine

Did anyone get the newest edition of MazdaSport Magazine? In the lower right had corner of the cover is a pic of an red RX-8, a blue T2 FB, and A RED REPU. Guess who's that REPU is. Yes its mine, I made the cover of the Rolling Stone. Woohoo.

Congratulations!

Don't suppose your REPU also got featured inside...?

Will we get to see the pic(s) here, as well?

No feature inside, even the event wasn't even featured. Was suppose to be. I'll have to find out from the event organizer what happened to the article. But yes I will post a pic in the photo gallery, even as small as it is.

*sigh*

I have never seen MazdaSport magazine up here at the Pole. Only ever seen it for sale down in Oklabama. I never went after a subscription, figuring it would go the same route as Rotary Tuner Magazine- ship one or two issues, disappear and never apologize for taking everyone's money.

My Sister...

Thought that was my sister truck on the cover with the black grille. First thing my eyes caught on the cover.

BUT did any of you guys catch Motorweek on MD public TV or SPEED Channel? They did a bit on the 40th anniversary of the Rotary and interviewed me with my REPU. Couldn't get the smile off my face!!

'Bout time the east coast got some exposure! :)

Any other REPUs in VA? Only other one I've seen was in CT...almost #2 for me.

Great site! Has helped me so much throughout the years. I just tend to hibernate.

REPU proud

Hi guys

Mazda has always been proud of their old school rotaries. I`ve been all over the US and the Rotary Power always catch the view of the entusiasts.
No wonder why a 34 years old truck appears in a mayor circulation magazine. They know it catches attention.
I´ve own 6 REPUs since 1980 and always, I mean ALWAYS people in the middle of trafic ask me if it still has the rotary engine, and, if I sell it. And it always make me proud of mi good old pick- up truck.
Congratulations to the owner and a big hurra for every one that feels as proud ownner asI do. Keep on going with your restorations and caring the inheritance of the REPU.
