New engine or old with new transmission?

Should I swap a fuel injected 13b into the old 74 or should I leave the carbureted 13b in that runs fine but I kinda want the 13b from a rx8 with the 6 speed trans or can I put the 6 speed on the old engine tell me what you think

I'd say get on rx7club and do some research about making the 6 speed fit a s4/5 13b. And also what's your plans for the truck low and slow, turbo, NA cruiser, drift truck? I'd say cost effective would be carb stock or newer 6 port and a 5 speed. If you have everything laying around and can fab everything and money is no problem go ham, swap the renesis and 6 speed.

The bit about the RX8 transmission being 4" too short, that actually works to our advantage, right?

What else is needed to drop in an RX8 transmission?
