more foolish newbie questions
Ok here is a dumb question.Where is the dome light on these trucks?I notice a switch on the door jamb but no light to be turned on.Also anyone else have factory air?If so what is the deal with the city highway setting?Mine doesn't work yet but I will be getting it going soon.Also there is an extra vent piece that the PO sent with the truck that looks like it may go right next to the steering column where the e-brake handle is.Am I right to assume that is where it goes?The PO has a oil pressure gauge there now and that is maybe why it isn't mounted.I am really happy with this truck in the 10 hours or so that I have had it.I'm impressed with the attention to detail Mazda payed with little things like the rubber band thing with the hook to keep the battery door open.Again I am sorry for all the stupid questions but I am like a kid on Christmas morning with my new toy(even though it doesn't run yet)

The dome light is on the left side of the truck cab about head high, has a three position switch, on, on with opening of either door and off, you should either see the light or where it goes

I have found where the dome light should be mounted,but my truck doesn't have one.Just 2 wires(really short too)sticking out of the headliner.Does anyone have a dome light they would like to sell?can i source on from another type of vehicle?

a/c vent
the extra a/c vent should mount next to your choke knob, in fact you have to remove the choke knob to mount the housing.
