My B1600
Hi Im Rob, from Australia (where we didnt get REPU's), and this is ny B1600. Chasing a few bits locally if anyone else one here is from oz, but also interested in building her into a REPU replica.

This is how it was when I bought it, quite a clean example no rust anywhere and good and straight with an 1800 and 5 speed.

On way home (1000+ km trip) I hit a kangaroo and made a mess of it.

Put a new radiator and have found a grill and straightened it out a bit to get home.

Still chasing bits so let me know if anyone can help
Thanks
Rob

That was a really nice looking B1600 before Mr. Roo modified it. Besides having the steering wheel on the other side, the US models had a different grill. You guys have some really nice looking flatbeds(traybacks)down there.
