I was considereing a recore. The top head on the radiator was damaged and had a frankenstein job done on it before I got the truck. If I had to I guess a recore would work as long as I can braze up the top head.
Anyone have a non-repu/after market performance radiator in their truck?

aftermarket radiator

check out summitracing.com they sell many differnt sizes and thickness radiators.

i use a HOWE brand aluminum radiator on my rx7. and oil cooler in front of radiator. HOWE lists it for a chevy but the dimensions all worked out. BUT the upper hose inlet is on the drivers side instead of passengers side. so i just used a generic long hose with a spring inside it from kragen.

good hunting.
