FD motor in the REPU

i was just wondering the feasability of sticking a fd motor in that truck. i understand that ill need an ecu and obviously the block to match it. i am more concerned with motor mounting and also tranny mating, plumming, and moreover, is it really worth it! i know that i want to turbo the truck up and that fd motor looks so pretty! was also wondering about maybe a rx-8 tranny 6spd on that fd motor! but that is a different discussion all together. please share your thoughts and ideas!!!

Easiest way to mount a motor in REPU is to use a REPU or 1st gen Rx7 front cover, REPU engine bracket, REPU or GSL-SE oil pan and REPU or 1st gen Rx7 oil pickup tube.

Can a FD front iron mate to a repu / 1st gen rx7 front cover?

Rx8 tranny works well with non turbo and non drag racing applications. It can't take a lot of abuse, slicks, clutch dumps.
