Wipers not working?

Anyone have any ideas as to wipers not working?
Pulled the 4 pin plug at the wiper motor and while the truck was running and wiper switch on I tried to locate a hot wire. None of the 4 were showing voltage so I am assuming its not the motor since its not getting power.

Has anyone run into this problem before?
Any help would be great.
Bought this repu in 2003 drove it home and parked it with hopes of doing a resto. Well now its 2011 and she is tagged and running. Hope to paint soon before the cold weather.

Just looked at my wiring diagram. After the ignition switch there is a blue wire that has a buss fuse in plastic holder located inside steering column cover. Should be 10 amp. After fuse power goes to wiper motor and washer tank motor. Ground for these motors is switched by combo switch. Has to be the fuse if you have no power on the blue wire at the wiper motor.
Hope this helps:

Thanks. I have disconnected the wiper motor and going to drive it a few days (rainX) to see if the fuse blows again.
If not I found a new wiper motor for under 50.
Thanks
