new to the boards and i have a question for u rotary pros!

Well hi guys i do not own a REPU but i do like how they look and all but i own two Chevy Luvs and well in my 75 i want to convert it to rotary and i was thinking of putting a 20B in it also if anyone is familiar with this engine do u think its worth it doing swap? i have a 20R 5speed engine in it right now but i want more power and speed. please dont bomb me for not owning a repu :( any help will be great. thanks all

Nice lookin' LUV...

...too bad it's not a REPU! A 20B would be utterly insane in there... there's other guys who know lots more than I, and other threads here about those motors, and conversions...
(You really oughta get a REPU, tho, if you love the rotary power, and you love trucks...) :)

I don't think you should try to do a 20B at first. But then again, if you have like $10k or so, and have access to a 20B, then it is possible. Otherwise do a 13B first.

ive been lookin for a chevy luv to put a V8 into but around where i live i cant find one..im more of a chevy fan but i do agree the mazda repu's are good looking and haul ass if yah do it right.

If you're a Chevy man

I have a 1969 Chevy 27' bus with the factory 4-bolt-main 350 in it for sale, military-style factory high cieling (6'5" headroom), it's a good one! $1750.00 or best; would consider oldschool rotary/REPU trade...
