What's our options for body bushings and bolts?

I just can't mount the body with all my used squished, cracked and hard bushings or the rusted bolts for that matter. I haven't tried Mazda. Probably won't like their price if they do have them. I figure I can reuse the washers.

Here are the numbers I have so far, they are 74 numbers, I just happen to have them at work, I dont know if the 77 manual reads any different:

0603 53 920 Rubber mounting, lower

0603 53 950A Rubber no 3, mounting upper

0603 53 070 rubber mounting, lower

0603 53 004A Bolt no 1, mounting

0614 56 575A Bolt, mounting

Anybody been successful at obtaining them?

I have a 74 parts catalog. Someone has crossed those numbers out and made the notaion "deleted" Along side. I would assume this means that Mazda possibly has changed the numbers.

Yea, I got that on mine too.......

I talked to mazda, and they have NLA for all the parts I listed. No superseded parts either.

I did find a set of Energy suspension polyurethane pads for a jeep. They fit perfectly and came in a set of 14. I needed 12 for the cab. I replaced the stock shoulder bolts with a set of 1/2" grade 8 bolts, 3" long. I used (2)2" fender washers, a lock washer and 2 lock nuts. I also refinished and re-used the stock flanged washers that go on top of the lower bushings, under the frame flange.

My system is a lot stronger than stock, so I am happy.

For the bed I used a sewer line coupler made of plastic/rubber poly. Got it at Lowes. Cut it up to right size and put a coat of grease on it for good measure and reduce rust liklihood. Got Grade 8 bolts, washers, and lock nuts from Orchard Supply.

Sewer line coupler......?

I guess I can't picture it....is it a rubber or plastic tube? or what?

How does it work? Are the bed body lines still in sync with the cab?
