ROTARY POWER vinyl

I found someone that can make the "ROTARY POWER" logos in the back out of vinyl. I have not talked in depth about the 2 color part (black outline around the white letters) but I know they can do just plain colors.

Let me know if you are interested, and I'll get a cost estimate. The more we get, the lower the cost will be. I think they can be ordered any color, but will have to see about the 2-tone deal.

I had one made a few years back, with white reflective Scotchlite and the blue border. They are not screen printed like the originals, but double layered to get the 2 colors. Less than $50 bucks.

I still have a couple of brand new in the pack originals that the decal guy scanned. If anyone's interested, email me and I can get them made, no problem!

I'm interested, but they have to be two color and look just like the originals. How much are they?

Like wankel dreams said!

A good price on EXACT reproduction would be soooo nice! White w./ black outline, please. All properly spaced on an applicator sheet too, I hope. If the price is right, I'll take several. Now, what about that 'Mazda' sticker that belongs on the top left of the tailgate??? (And how about the ACTUAL proper side and hood striping kit?) Thanks!

I'd need the blue "ROTARY POWER".

what did the "factory" striping look like? I always thought that my stripes were dealer installed. And i have no stripes on hood.

Perhaps the striping WAS dealer-installed

I've seen pictures of a couple'a variations... the blue REPU I sold had white striping, wider and narrower bands in combination down the sides... "racing stripe" dual wide-and narrow combo on the hood. Other pics I've seen have the side ones that expand in size to the back of the bed... and one that runs across the tailgate, which I've never seen in person. Sure be cool to get it redone 'right'! I think I like the version that gets fat to the back of the bed, then wraps around to cross the top of the tailgate. Don't really need 'em on the hood... NOS all the way!

I was there too, and I must say that the teal Blue Repu with the decals from Vintage Rotary Decals was absolutely stunning. I have pictures off it too. I just have to upload them. Maybe later today I will. Hey Rotarynews maybe you should make a Sevenstock section in the Gallery so we can post the pics in there.

is the "Rotary Power" 2 color? Can he make blue ones? Do you have to space out and align the letters yourself?

Yes, I got the white with black outline. I think he had blue with white outline and white with blue outline. They are all spaced out and ready to be pealed off and put on.

That is a good looking reproduction of the sticker set for the tailgate.

I noticed the rocker panel sticker of the blue Repu from SS5. What was written on the sticker?

Here's a larger image that you can just make it out: "MAZDA" I think near the rear is the old-school `m. Mazda symbol

Hi all, My name is Juan and I own VintageRotaryDecals.com. I can answer any questions you might have about my product. The most common question I get asked , are the decals one piece? Yes they are!! I wanted to do an exact reproduction, and the originals were printed. I updated the site today , and the Repu body kit is for sale. Hope to hear from all of you soon!! thanks

Almost forgot!

Thanks wankel_dreams for turning me on to this great site!! I want everyone's input, I'm looking into reproducing the aluminum plate with the VIN #'s, the one that is located on the firewall. And also the OEM decals in the engine bay. I'm not sure if there is a market for this, I'm already doing it for my 73 rx2. So if anyone is interested let me know, so that I can make them...thanks
