What is the paint code?
Thanks

I thought this was already posted in our photogallery.

I'll attempt to post it there now for you. Luckily Dan posted a how-to or something 'cause I haven't had much luck with the infernal contraption so far. In any event feel free to snatch it from my page.

So they must have changed color options through the years? My '74 is the medium darkness green (grass with iron deficiency?) color and I see nothing similar on that color card.

AT Skyish Blue

Great color chart.
Thanks,
I saw it in the photo gallery after I posted. The color chart has a good early example of REPU being used by mazda in 1975.

Blue in japanese is aoi, so the blue colors with an A prefix makes sense, I guess.

have a 77 REPU that i am attempting to get painted original color.

can not find it in the chart above, some call it mazda green, like the ole 79 rx7 that came in green in Japan, all the green REPU's I've seen are a different green. Any help? Anyone know where I can find the paint code or where I can tell my paint guy to go to match the original paint?

Sticker ...

Was it under the hood, or somewhere in the engine bay...? Where to match paint: to somewhere on your truck that's gonna get painted anyway: Could it donate a sample for matching?

Welcome to the wonderful world

of color matching... Is there no paint code ID sticker remaining underhood? (Remember, too, that what your monitor or printer displays color-wise may not be precisely what was up or downloaded...)
Is the 'Phoenix Blue' what so many simply call 'Mazda blue'?
How many 'Mazda Blues' were there? Different from the 'SP' blue?
Vintage Rotary Decal guy's info re: Repro paint code stickers indicates many combinations...
Best guess would still be to have a paint chip matched. Good luck!
