JC Whitney has been a good source for me for some parts, otherwise, you have to look in the the local Yellow pages for an automotive upholstery shop. I had my door panels redone by a local shop (in las vegas) and they came out great.
Do a little calling by using http://bestredyp.com/# I found quite a few under the # Automobile * Seat Covers, Tops & Upholstery (13) section in my local listings.
