I am selling my 1973 mazda rx3 2dr coupe all original about 90% complete with original parts...
ENGINE::NOt running it over heated about 5 months ago and it never started after that still sitting on the original twin dist. 12a motor automatic trans but i have the conversion pedals with the clutch master cylinder.
INTERIOR:::the interior is all original SUPER CLEAN WHITE has 2 rips on the driver seat but it can be sewed with no problem, passenger seat, door & 1/4 panels, rear bench seats, & headliner are in immaculate condition. still have the original carpet on the car and dash has cracks normal for this car being old.
EXTERIOR::::orginal paint BROWN still shiny has rust on bottom fenders, and rust on each top corner of the front and back winshield due to the car use to have a vinyl top but i took them off, the short bumpers are very straight but the back needs chroming all lights are clean with no cracks..

asking price is $3500.00 obo or trade for a 91 & up toyota pickup

Ahem.......A little sporty on the price....
wouldn't you say.
By my crude calculations, Let's see, $3500.00 for the car, $500.00 for transportation home, $2000.00 for the parts or rebuild on the motor, $200 for a rechrome on the bumper, $500+ for rust repair, interior, paint, extras, etc.....= About $6 - 7K....
No disrespect intended, but I would say you have a great start for great car, but are about $2000.00 or so to high on the sticker. At least for purists on this forum.
There is an 8900 miler on Ebay now in MN for about 7 bills as well without all the work.

Wish I had some means! ...oh well. As far as this one: Hey, he did say 'o.b.o.'... and though I'd tend to agree, nwaco, even tho I haven't viewed the pics, they are ever rarer, and the sad fact probably is there's guys in CA who would pay the price just for the straight parts... But yeah, for a dead automatic model, $1500 does sound closer to reality to me... Now, if it was a five-speed with an updated, decent running motor...
