Wheels
So, I was thinking about dropping my truck, wheel size, off set, etc. And thought,why?...not just take my repu down to a custom wheel shop and tell them to:fit the biggest rims the can fit into my wheel well.Maybe 22's in the back and 20's up front??? I'm sure there must be quite a selection, with all the big chevy's around...What do you think guys???

A few years ago there was a REPU at SevenStock that had big big wheels. It looked pretty good. Old classic ride, new big modern wheels. Like the pimp chevy impalas. Remember they're very heavy, be sure to press the brake pedal earlier! With less sidewall and W or Z rated tires it'll ride much harsher.
Nissan Pathfinder and Toyota Landcruiser are both 6 lug and use similar offsets - that would be a good starting point for selection. Try tirerack.com

My $0.02:
If you have the time, $$$$, and inclination... just remember to watch out for interference on the front. You may also want bigger brakes, and perhaps Brad's adjustable coilover setup...
My own preference is for 15" or 16" rims.
