I have a 1976 ford courier pickup, and as we all know the courier and the mazda repu are alike in many, many ways. it currently has a 1.8liter(110 cubic inch) 4 banger in it. Behind it sets the factory 4 speed manual. I would really love to put a rotary engine in it but will any rotaries fit that transmission? I really want to keep the trany since its a 4 speed and it saves me from having to buy another one. Thanks.
