Yep, Ken's tow truck is really great. Towing stuff is nothing a rotary can't handle :)

Is it really a dream

Yes, I to have dreamed of doing such a conversion. Would you try to put the camper part on the REPU frame? Or maybe cut the Toyota in half and your Repu in half and graft the frame aft of the REPU cab structure. I think that would be the best way.
You could retain the dually rearend and save a lot of camper to new frame mounting work. You would have to deal with brake lines/brake emergency cable/drive shaft/ exhaust.
I think I'd rather do that than try and plumb a toilet/hook up gas lines/convert to a dually/and hang that damn box off a REPU frame.
Does any one know what happens to U-Haul mini box trucks when some one wrecks one beyond repair or they become worn out. I have wanted to find one to do a RaceHauler for my motorcycle, but have never seen one in a junkyard around here. I'd love nothing more to have all my gear and all my stuff stowed away in a REPU Box truck than in the open bed. I do have an inclosed trailer but that is not the same.

I dont want a u haul trailer. I have an inclosed already. I want one of those little Toyota Box Trucks with the big box mounted on the frame instead.
I'd love to find one that had the front end caved in and the only thing left is the box. I bet that would mount up with minor modification.
