New pics on my web site
Well I finally got around to posting some new pictures on the web site. It ain't much to look at but its still a REPU. This one is a hybrid truck made out of a 84 b2000 long bed frame with a 74 REPU front frame section. It'll just be a work truck until I can get on with the 74 REPU restoration. Its only got a 12A but I'm saving the 13B for the real REPU. Unless someone whats to donate one for the cause.(LOL) Be sure to scroll down to be bottom of the page and check out the homemade battery box and the wood bed. If you save the pics and open them, they have a lot better quality.
I've got more pics but just haven't had time to post.

That's pretty cool! By the way, how was the quality of the gasket set you got off of eBay? It looked too good to be true pricewise. Is that what you used to rebuild that 12A on your webpage? It looks pretty cool.

Gasket set
Hey Thanks, the gasket set was a great deal, but unfortunatly that engine was built just before I got the gaskets. I'm sure I will use them in the future. I'm still looking for a NA 13B 4 port to use in the 74 REPU, if anyone out there has a spare pair of rotors and housings. I can port a set of 12A end plates to use. Thanks, Charles

Unlikely, however...
...you'll be the first guy I'll offer them to, if and when that time ever comes. Ancient parts in 'good enough' condition=quite a score...

You wouldn't want to sell the gasket set to me, would you? :) I've got a '73 12A with '83 rotors to rebuild and some newer gaskets like waterpump etc are incompatible, but over 80% will work like oil pan, intake (I think) etc. I was hoping to find a cheap gasket set but you beat me to it. By the way, did it come with rotor housing water seals?

Gasket set????
Jeff, I have bought so much stuff, some just to stockpile while the price was right, I have forgotten what I actually paid for those gaskets. If your memory is better than mine. You may remember what my winning bid was. I actually have a 13b set of gaskets that I will need, and I think I have built the last 12a that I need to build for a while. The gasket set does include the rotor housing water seals, oil pan, intake, exhaust, thermal reactor to exhaust, water pump, front cover, tension bolt, and several other gaskets. Make me and offer and we will see if we can make a deal.
