What do you think of the REPU?
OK, I'm really considering buying one of these (if I can find it), and makeing it a project car (another one that I don't need :D ) But I'm getting bored with the supra7 so I need something to occupie me.
Anyways, do you guys like you little pick em'up truck's? Do they handle pretty good, make good daily beaters? You know thing's like that.
And if there's one think that I can't get over, it's that these truck's look like Ford Curier's? Does anyone else see that?

Yes.. they resemble the Courier.. But there is still nothing nice than having one of these.. They are rare, and light.. traction would be the only issue since most of the weight is up front..

If we didn't love 'em...
...we wouldn't have this forum! Yes, they handle really well stock, for what they are, and their age... and can be made to handle great. Yes, they are 'pimp trucks': they haul ass! Yes, they take a lickin' and keep on rotorin'... provided you give 'em a minimum of love and maintenance. My 'driver' is just one incredible example of an un-restored 'POS' REPU that keeps going, and going...
They look like early Couriers because they were the next closest thing... nevermind the unique fender flares, frontend, battery box, taillights, wider stance, interior, and rotary drivetrain. REPU's rock!
