Predator carb setup on ebay
I've wondered about this carb for some time...always seemed to me ideally suited to rotaries, but that's just a guess... Now, this one's up for auction, and me with no money to play with! Look up item # 2406832689 ... You might also want to check out predatorcarb.com ... I've yet to contact them or a dealer to get a comparison with brand-new price-wise. Sure looks like a blast! Good luck...

I've head of predator carbs before, but never looked at one before. Looks all business. I was gonna say that 930 CFM seemed too much for a naturally aspirated rotary, until i read their website. Seems like would be much better than a Holley.....if......someone else has already done the experimentation on a rotary and determined appropriate fuel metering cam.

Why not
contact the guy who ran the setup in question on his sandrail? If you check his auction, he does invite questions...

Just spoke w./ Predator:
Asked for west coast dealer, was directed to JEG's ... mail-order only, although he recalled having sold some to "some CA rotary shops"... Retail new supposedly around $350, asked about rotary application--"make sure the air doors fit tight since you guys like to idle around 1200"... Best cam to use usually #2. Currently back-ordered on the carb, but working to catch up.
