Rear Sliding Window

I have stumbled across some rear sliding windows. I can get more if we can get some interest up. Are these hard to find? Anyone else interested in them?

How hard would you say it is to adapt your rack kit to our trucks?

The rear window

is still available.

I received the first unit and may not use it in my truck. The part looks great but is manufactured with extruded an aluminum frame. Just like would have been done in the aftermarket through the 80's and early 90's.

The frame sits outside the body. I guess I was hoping for a new style of manufacturing where they sit more flush.

I will take a picture and post it up so you can judge for yourselves.

I ordered on over a year ago from a source, I think, here on the forum. It fit great, flush with the standard rubber seal. The trick was NOT to order the one for the '74 if you need one for the '74, it was too long. They were mixed up somehow.
If I can find it I'll post up. Or, do some searching under my name for rear sliding window.

Klaus recommended these guys to me. Unfortunately when I called, they seemed to be getting out of those parts. They gave me the run-around for a while and then said they could not get the windows any longer....

Billy,

Are the ones you are able to obtain for 74-76 or 77s?

Hey, I appreciate the headsup, Klaus. Looks like Billy should be getting some more of these out there, so it all worked out....

It was a CRL window. Looks like they only have the 77-85 windows and seals listed on the site now.

I will check my part number this weekend and search for it specifically.

I know I purchased the last front window seal they had in inventory. Maybe the rear as well.
