Nice REPU!
OK, you asked for suggestions on your site, so here goes:
--You might want to post clear pictures of things like the hole 'roto-tooled' into the dash, (I didn't see it?)
--Likewise the 'cut out' headliner.
--Who is 'John D.', the engine builder... and what exactly does it mean when you state that the engine was built from "the best parts he had on hand"...? New old stock rotor housings? (Etc. ...)
--Looks like a bit of a leak/drip under the front on the passenger side in one pic...(?)
All in all a really nice, straight, clean looking survivor (!)
Now it just needs a 5-speed... and a header...
Best of luck with your sale -- if I had $3K to spend, I'd likely come take a look in person.

Oh Thank you!!! I do need suggestions! I started writing about the truck and drew blanks on everything...
John D is a Spokane resident who is a mechanical genius. I better email him and fwd on your questions about the engine as I'm not sure of the answers. It's a rebuild, but some of the parts were new. I will clarify that.
I saw another really pretty REPU on ebay and the seller had posted pics of some rust spots and holes where the mirrors were. I thought that was a good idea - full disclosure, ya know? - and will do so too. Thank you for reinforcing that. The roto-tool hole ($^#*@!) will be one of them!
I think there is a leak! I haven't figured out where, but suspect it is something to do with the clutch, because the reservoir empties itself when it sits very long. But it's on the other side, so I don't know. Argh. :(
It is a really straight, really nice truck. I just feel bad that I can't drive it enough. I would have LOVED a 5-speed. Oh yes. Thank you again for all your input!

Engine details on the 1974 Spokane REPU
I heard back from John today. He said he doesn't remember the details on the engine exactly but said "most would call it street ported 13b with nitrited steel housings. It's got 1974 aluminum housings (not out of a japanese import engine)."
On pricing, I got a nice cash offer on Friday. I know in this economy, people don't have a lot of money for things like this little truck, so my plan is to simply take the best offer after a few people see it. Thanks to GM and Clyde for your time yesterday (you two are first in line).

REPU for sale
Allen - thank you so much for your support of John! He is very knowledgeable, patient, a great teacher, and extremly talented with rotary engines (as a mechanic in general!). I'm lucky to have been the beneficiary of his talents with my truck. Thanks for posting that link. Quite cool to see John in action. GOOD LUCK ON YOUR REPU REBUILD!!!! ~ Joan
