Where are you at?
Many local junk yards carry used 13b's that could be used.. but if you wanted to go stock, you'd have a tough time finding a used REPU engine.
I wonder, how hard would it be to use a block from a FC RX-7, swap the front cover and oil pan, and hook up the intake and exhaust from the REPU?

if no repu/rx4 13b 4 port is available
then you want to junkyard a 84-85 rx7 gsl-se 13b 6port. the front cover won't need to be swapped as they use the same four bolt hold front mounting. it will need the repu oil pan and oil pickup tube. plus intake manifold from gsl-se and a dellorto/weber/sk racing 2bbl carb. or holley 4bbl with the right mani.
also moroso sells a deep sump dual trap door oil pan for rx4 and repu that i just put in my repu. fit no problem and has an extra quart oil capacity. aluminum dissapates heat better than steel

Ouch!
Thanks for the info, Brad. No doubt it's worth it, and a quality part, ...but I was hoping it would be about half as much...
Still, a good bit to know is available...
