Start by going to the top of this page and click on [Home]
on the next page go to Picture Gallery and click on it. At the bottom of that page is a link called [upload a file]
click on it. You will have to use your login and password. You will get a screen that will allow you to creat a new album or add to an existing one, browse your computer to find the file you want to upload, be sure that the file you are uploading ends in (lower case) .jpg, and enter a description of the picture. Good luck.
