I know this is probably beating a dead horse, but I'd like to add this to my truck. If the kit isn't available, can someone share the plans?

The gear spacer is .25. No one has share the axle spacer specs yet.

In Theory the little axle spacer should be as thick as the stock thrust block in the repu open diff. I don't see why it would need to be any different thickness. Just make it out of a hardened steel, since it gets hammered. O.D. should be a loose fit, so it can slide back and forth, but no slop. And allow for some thermal expansion. A guess is 2 thou smaller than axle end O.D.

To answer the other question, I have heard no plans for anyone to reproduce this kit.

Subject of the thread should be changed to *NOT* available.

You likely could take this info to a reputable gear shop with your REPU pumpkin, and 3rd gen Torsen, and ask them to get er done.

Steel, you don't want any aluminum in there. But an aluminum carrier would be SWEET.
